Its a great store and great experience every time I go to the Glendale,WI store ! Amanda who is one of the store associate is a rockstar! She went an extra mile to find a shirt that I was looks for more than 6 months.! Thanks Amanda.

Absolutely amazing experience with the staff! Went in for a certain look and suit for engagement photos but it wasn't available. Crystal, the manager, fitted me for a custom suit at an exceptional value. As soon as the suit arrived I went in for a further fitting where I met Chris, another salesman, and Anna the tailor. Anna was absolutely amazing in the alterations she made in such a short time. In all, a fully custom fit suit in less than 3 weeks! This was my first time shopping with Jos A Bank and it certainly won't be my last. You can get clothes anywhere, but service like this can't be matched!!! Thank you Crystal, Chris and Anna!!!

This is my horror story. If I could give negative stars, I would. I was the the best man in my brothers wedding. I ordered my suit 2 months in advance. They said they would call me when my suit was in. Two weeks before the wedding, I still had not received a phone call, so I decided to just go in and get it assuming they just forgot to call me. It turns out they lost the suit, and the order, and had to special order it with expedited shipping. Thank goodness I went in when I did. They said it would take a few days to get my suit, it ended up being a little over a week. I didn't care when it came in, I just wanted to look great on my brother's big day. Unfortunately, even though it was fine for me, it was not fine for the bride. The wedding was on a Friday, I received my suit on the Tuesday prior, she was IRATE. Once I got my suit, it it was tapered in a little. Besides the baggy butt, the fit was fine. About 2 hours into the wedding, BEFORE the wedding pictures, the pants ripped. I must've stood up too fast and the inside seam on one of my pant legs ripped from thigh to calf (see picture). I wish I could describe how embarrassing it was taking wedding pictures wearing half a pair of pants. And how even more embarrassing it was standing in the wedding in front of everyone like this. My only saving grace was that 400-something people quickly found out where not to go when needing their next suit. I called Jos A Bank the next day and they agreed to replace them. One of the staff members (not the manager) apologized, and seemed sincere. I did not expect a parade of apologies, but I thought they would have shown more disappointment in the situation. After all, they did just have an entire wedding party spend thousands of dollars, followed by the Jos. A Bank name being the laughing stock of the wedding. There were no attempts to save face or mend any of the damage that was done to their brand. What's also disappointing is that I have this suit that I purchased that I'm reserved about ever wearing again. I understand that things happen, and this was hopefully an anomaly. Though the abundance of 1 and 2 star ratings makes me think otherwise.
