My team and I called around to get measurements for our new uniforms and the only store that accepted this was the Joseph A Bank on bluemound. Christian and Cameron took our measurements free of charge and helped ensure that we got good measurements for our uniforms. We appreciate the service!

I walked into this store today around 3:30 and was going to buy 800 dollars worth of clothing not one employee acknowledged me or asked if I needed help.and I asked for a dressing room and the young tenneager employee said to me help yourself I ended up walking out and spent 800 at your competitor mens warehouse and got excellent customer service.

This store was absolutely terrible. The first time we went in to pick out my husband's tux the young gentleman helping was great. We called to book an appointment for the whole wedding party to get fitted. They went in and they had one girl there to fit everyone and no one else was working in the store. So while fitting she was running around ringing people up and it took a very long time to get them all fitted. They called when the Tuxes were ready and only two were correct. So 4 days before our wedding my husband had to run back and forth multiple times to make sure things were done because we had an out of town wedding and we needed them by the Friday before. They were rude and messed up constantly. Would not recommend at all.
