      image I don't normally give any negative reviews but all three team members are on a phone playing not helping anyone in the store and we're trying to find Crocs and spend money there and they were too busy on their phones. This is at Fox Valley Mall

      image Contacted the store to find a pair of hard to find shoes and they had them. Spoke w Adam who was super helpful and has great customer service. Great selection of shoes and other items. Stopped back in to grab another item and the staff was again, super helpful. Highly recommend!

      image Walked in, both girls who wore black lipstick were giggling and talking behind the counter. There were many customers who were looking for shoes but no one to help them, we all walked out one by one. The two girls could care less about helping anyone. Wouldnt take anyones time going here the young employees do NOT care.
