Nerve was struck during blood draw and now I have a tingling sensation down my arm. Ominous to get blood taken from a place with 2 stars, but all QD places do. Apparently taking blood is difficult even if you do it all day.

Weekend personnel clearly dont want to be there and take it out on you. Was rude to me and the customer before me

I don't think I have ever taken the time to write a negative review, but I would like to share my experience. The technician assigned to draw my blood (I can't remember her name) was beyond rude. I noticed her hostile attitude when she was completed the initial paperwork (which was minimal as I provided all of the required info when I signed up for the appointment) and billing, and got worse when it came to the actual blood draw. It was appalling. I will never return to this location.

My appointment was at 10:15AM. I arrived at 10:10AM and I was invited only at 11 :10AM. What was the point of making an appointment if I needed to wait in line for 1 hour? Plus, some people were way behind me and they got invited earlier than me.
The nurse was nice and I almost did not feel the needle, but when she was switching the tubes it was painful, because she was moving too quickly and there was not a well organized space to make it the right way, so I will not feel this pain.

Staff turned us away at 3:20 even though they close at 4. They were also very rude about it. Dont come here.
