Don't waste your time. Got lab orders from the Dr that shares a building with them. Walk in to a room with tablets to check in, follow directions for walk in, then someone pops out and says we do appointments only no walk in allowed. Need to talk to twenty robots and a tablet just to get ignored by the only human in the place.

I have been going to this location since 2019. The service and professionalism was below average until I met TJ this month. I have been there twice this month. TJ is an example how rest of the technicians should behave. He is respectful, takes his time to make sure all the orders are correct, he is compassionate, polite and a gentleman. If management is reading this review, please hire more people like TJ and make him train others how to be a professional lab technician.

This location is suppose to be opened until 4pm. We arrived at 340 and the door was locked!

Night and day difference between this Quest and the one on Daniel Square in Woodbridge, Virginia.
While I was sitting at the Daniel Square location (for an hour) waiting to be seen, I booked an appt here.
I ended up leaving Daniel Square.
What I like about this location:
1. Right off Prince William Parkway
2. Plenty of parking
3. Two check in kiosks vice just one
4. Double the employees
5. Clean bathroom
Eva called me seconds after I checked in. She was very kind and patient. She tried to help me understand my billing concerns. She apologized for the drama at Daniel Square and the misinformation.
She said they do collect credit card information and they place a hold when needed. She even printed out the billing statement for my previous visit. She urged me to check my credit card statements - something I had planned on doing.
She handed me a cup, showed me the bathroom and told me I could leave after I was done.
Easy peasy.
She didn't take a credit card from me. Odd. Quest is so inconsistent and it is for this reason that I do not recommend using your debit card linked to any bank account with these folks. Use ONLY a credit card.
