Check-In process is always quick and smooth. Staff is always professional, friendly and courteous. I choose to drive a farther distance to go to the Quest location on Fuller Court in Alexandria, VA because of the staff.

Quest Diagnostics is the most professional and complete physical therapy I have ever been to in my life. Keep in mind I have gone to physical therapy for many years for various ailments. I have only gone twice so far and I have already been helped to the extreme. I am so grateful for David, my P/T and Quest. Thank you so much!!!

No idea why they ask for an appointment. Only one person working and over 2 hours behind. Worst patient treatment I have ever encountered. I hate being critical about a medical facility. This has to be said. I heard the lady who was here on time. She said that others will be in to work once they have the kids off to school. Well if that is what is going on,
DO NOT TAKE DOUBLE AND TRIPLE APPOINTMENTS IF ONLY ONE MEDICAL PERSON WILL BE IN TO HELP.
My appointment was 9:20 and still at 11:00am, I am sitting.
If I get other testing I will try my best to get it at Labcorp, never had an issue there in 20 years.

Getting my lab work here was easy & swift! Even as a walk in, Ana was able to help me on a weekend walk in with checking me in & getting me in/out in leas than 20 minutes. Thanks Ana!
