In 2000 i Moved to Vienna, and this is the lab that i been coming ever since. The staff are very nice and professional, office is neat and clean. although this office is quite a distance from my home. I tried one in Vienna and in Merrifield but NO.

I have had a quite pleasant experience this morning doing a walk in around 9am. The waiting room is packed with abou 8 ppl ahead of me. It is a smallish office tucked on the 3 rd floor of an office building, and as a first timer I had to spent some time locating the right entrance which is garage facing not street facing. I checked in with the Kiosk and waited about 25mins to get to me. The lab technician Miss Tinsae was super nice and kind with excellent skills of handling needles, which brightened my day. They are not able to provide you wait time of walk ins but all in all it has been a pleasant experience so far, I am just hoping I can get my STAT report as soon as possible, which will make the whole experience perfect.

Wow! Waiting 3+ hours to get lab work. Management needs to hire more phlebotomists for this location or open the nearby office on Saturday. Once again, greed prevails over healthcare.

I have been to this facility for 5+ years for my annual blood tests and the whole experience - ease of booking online appointments, quality of reminders, on site experience to getting results back has always been very quick and easy.
