Zero star! Horrible customer service, promised will get the result within 24 hours and waited for three days plus multiple calls finally got the result. Still waiting on the itemized receipt. Stay away this company!

Rarely do I leave reviews online but making an exception today. My girlfriend and I got COVID PCR tests (24 hour results) from them one day apart. No free tests were available at urgent cares or pharmacies, so we had to go elsewhere. She got hers on Wednesday PM and I got mine Thursday AM. She never received her test results (it's now Saturday), while I received mine 9 hours later the same day. We both paid for the same exact test and timing. Figuring there might be a delay (which would be very understandable given the amount of tests labs are processing right now), we reached out directly to the lab to follow up, sent an email, and tried calling customer service numerous times throughout the day as well (all within working hours). Absolutely nothing, and still no test results for her 3 days later. Customer service is absolutely terrible and she spent $185 for no test results. If there had been some communication or effort from customer service or the lab to remedy/update us on the situation, or simply answer the phones/email, I probably wouldn't be writing this review on behalf of the both of us. She ended up having to get tested by a different company (for another $169), which actually did make good on their claim of 24 hour results (or just, results at all.) Even though I received my results, her results were even more important for work purposes, and she never got them. I do not recommend this testing company and would instead recommend Ion Scientific in Falls Church. Great customer service, slightly lower price for 24 hour results, and overall a much better experience.

Wish I could give ZERO stars instead. Had a COVID test in November '20. Received no bills, but they're harassing me instead every week. And they're charging me $875 for ONE covid swab test! I asked them to send me a bill but never got one. Stay away from this company. Now our lawyer is taking care of it for us. By the way, the COVID test was done in what looked like an empty warehouse. It was an awful experience.

test was quick and efficient Paperwork I needed to file claim with BCBS was not sufficient and there is no response to my emails or phone messages. They do good lab work, poor customer service
