I've only been banking here about 45 days but everyone has been great so far. I've only dealt with the 82nd Street branch though, I don't know how the other branches are. Alejandra and Danitza are 2 names that I remember off the top of my head as being great to deal with.

As soon as we can find a bank to take over the last $6k of our car loan we are leaving this dumpster fire of a bank. We were already fed up with Doug in their loan department and the way he thought it was acceptable to speak to people. He is absolutely horrible and so rude. We asked them to put stop payments on our mortgage company because all of our money was in a different bank and they overdrafted us $1200 and then charged us overdraft fees when we had already requested they not allow the payment to post. We were late on a single car payment because of my husbands motorcycle accident and we called and explained the situation was told by Doug that he could give us some leeway since we have never missed a month in the almost two years we had the loan and then i get an email saying we need the payment or the truck back. I emailed him back about my husbands motorcycle wreck trying to jog his memory and his response was did u tell me that? No. Verbatim. Emailing me like a high school girl not even spelling out the words. Doug is the majority of the reason i am pulling all our funds out of this bank as well as my kids savings accounts which all have well over $10k in them. And before anyone says to take money from the kids account to pay the truck payment, that was money my mother left them after she passed away. Its not an emergency fund and it will never be used as one. If you want to have a banking relationship that values you more than dollars in an account then find a credit union. Alliance is fantastic. Literally anywhere is better than Peoples Bank.
