WORST customer service! We have shopped at many Louis Vuitton stores all over the US and abroad and never experienced customer service like we did at this location. We waited over an hour to make a purchase. We kept being told they were very busy, but there were not that many customers in the store, maybe 5ish. We saw the employees just standing around. When we were finally helped, the man assigned to us was very rude, didn't even greet us at all. We planned on making several purchases, but the man seemed bothered and like he did not want to help us, so we made one purchase and left. Will definitely not return to this location.

The staff was on their cell phone upon entering the store with only one " Karen" who was impatiently waiting for a Sales associate to attend to her needs. I walked in and not one person stopped to greet me. The heavy set black girl was so immersed in her mobile phone, I approached and greeted her. I asked to see a few items to purchase and get hot stamped. She called a Hispanic young boy to assist me , I think his name was "Manny" or "Manuel". He was polite enough, grinning with a forced smile  but appeared disingenuous and with a trying to rush me out of the store; so he continued to inform me , all the items I wanted,  were no longer available. He was then told by the black SA,  who was still on her cell phone scrolling and laughing, at the same time - as though she was amused with what was on her phone, to hot stamp a few of my prior SLG purchases. Therefore, from a forced smile to now a smirk appearing look, " Manny," then took the three SLG's,  I had initially purchased, from another LV boutiqie in Milan, to get them hot stamped. After only a few seconds, that SA ," Manny," then, in an attempt to hand me my hot stamped SLG's, without a shopping bag, or dust bag or anything else for that matter, hands me my 3 hot stamped items by first dropping one on the ground and picking it up to hand over the dirty SLG he had just stamped.  I was not at all amused. Had he handed me my items in the proper manner like they have always done, in the other LV boutiques, I would not have minded him dropping of the three SLG's. But because he handed my 3 SLG's back to me without proper delivery of each, I was t happy with the dirty floor having made fresh contact with my SLG. Very distasteful and ghetto in how this store's so - called "Sales associates " operate. From the moment I walked in the store, i felt the negative energy of the room and the lack of customer service that later became evident. They have the demeanor of , " Leave me alone,  I can't be bothered at this time!"   So sad, they didn't sell me anything- since whatever they were viewing on their cell phone, appeared to keep them amused and with a desire to be left alone. Of course, as an attorney, I come with proof;  so I will be sharing my video footage, with not only the LV corporate, but also with my 4.17 million subscribers and anyone who cares to view and experience what I witnessed on 3/6/23 ( which was a Monday at approximate time of 11:30 am) on my platform. LV you need to hire quality people who are mature and responsible enough to provide the luxury retail experience and not children who have not fully developed mentally.
