Wow! Wes services was an absolute hidden gem. 6 out of 5 stars! Here are the reasons to why I gave this rating: 1. Superior craftsmanship. Whether we are in the concept-to-design phase or design-to-production phase, Wes is a wizard in the leather goods manufacturing industry. He knows his stuff, and his attention to detail is superb! His raw materials are top of the line as well, which gave me a clear understanding that he is jedi master of his work! 2. Unparalleled Customer Service. From calling to texting to emailing, Wes always provided consistent updates, while requesting for my feedback. This type of communication style was much appreciated as it allowed me to view through his operational process, which was pretty darn neat! Additionally, he has the kindest soul around. Since the leather belt was for my dad's birthday present, he created a leather gardening sash for him as well. 3. Wes' pricing is, by far, the largest bang for the buck. I can tell that his passion to leather-crafting goes beyond the price of he markets his services. 4. Unlimited customization. The selection of what Wes had in his inventory was limitless. This was impressed, since this allowed me to customize the belt on any varying degree. The biggest thing Wes and I wanted to incorporate to the belt was that it was Texas made. And surely, Wes able to do just that! Conclusionary statement: Wes just simply blows every local leather craftsman out of the water! Direct feedback from my dad: Personable, Wes enclosed a note wishing me a happy birthday! And apology for the original belt length. Like me he tries to build rapport with his clients. On his website he states that he gives personable attention to his clients needs. I did not expect a personable stash bag beyond the the order of the belt. Awesome! Maybe I will use it for tools.

Wes is a clever and artistic leather workers. Wes has easily handled my various requests and repaired multiple items for me. I would recommend his work to anyone.

I like wearing chokers. I never liked the ones I have bought from retailers and Amazon. So we had some custom made for me! This was our second order. They are perfect! Wes did such an amazing job on these! I wear them to special occasions! And him putting snaps on these, they go on really easily! And stay on! No chains to break! And they are going to last! Thank you Wes for making these for me! I have another idea for something I want made. So a third order will be coming soon!
