        I came to do a return and they told me I just had to sign a slip because they had a new system and had to mail it back. Well, apparently that slip mentioned a fee for returning by mail. Now I'm stuck with the bill to pay it even though they made me do the return this way and they are the ones who opted to return by mail. I never would have done the return anyway. It's very sneaky that they did not mention this.
