I normally dont leave reviews for clothing stores but I had a phenomenal time today! I had such a hard day at work and the ladies working at the store, the manager Lauren and the store associate Remi were amazing! They really made my day and made my experience so much better- asking me how my day was, what I was looking for, never complaining on helping me with racking up my clothes and even giving me awesome recommendations on what to wear. So much love to these ladies! I hope corporate takes good care of them! They are such an asset to Francescas!

Loved my visit to Francescas today. Lauren was so sweet and so helpful. I went in looking for a gift for someone else and she absolutely went above and beyond to help me find the right gift! Thanks Lauren, youre the best!!!

I loved my visit at this boutique today! Theyre so so so so polite, so nice and they know how to do their job, Ive never been at a boutique where they take great care of the customer, personally for me I do not how to take that much attention but they made me feel comfortable and give me my space to try every single clothing item Great and amazing job to the customer service assistants

Ive loved Francescas ever since I got to meet the store and every visit I make to any of the stores is great and this was no exception. The girl in charge was Dorothy and she was so nice and sweet with me, caring with the clients and making sure we were informed about the promotions and that we had a good experience. She even shared with me a few local tips of things to do around Dallas. Thank you so much Dorothy!
