Maison Goyard

Trying to get assistance from the Dallas store on repair work on two totes and a wallet I know they have received. No phone call back been days.

Their attitude doesnt reflect the brand. The female staff especially was veryyy rude and when called upon she had the least interest to correct her attitude. Highly condescending behavior.

I visited this store over the weekend in the late afternoon. The wait was about 30-45 min I was not expecting but didn't mind as most stores nearby had a line as well. I do think since there aren't many locations and you cannot by online contributes to this so I understand. I've never seen a Goyard tote in person and wanted the experience of seeing one and going inside the store. Checked off and not interested in owning one. Unlike many luxury totes, the Goyard signature bag doesn't have any form it's just flat and would require a purse organizer to have some shape unless you upgrade to other options with leather heels for example. The inside was also canvas which is not something I desire. Customer service was amazing once inside and I could see myself purchasing some accessories but the tote is a no for me.
