        Totally IMPRESSED by Ms. LETICIA at this location!! I phoned in-seeking the City Layfette Dawson in RED! They had one, she took the order over the phone, and SHIPPED it the SAME DAY! I literaly got my bag by lunch the NEXT day!!! Best experience requiring shipping I have ever had!!! Thank you for not making me wait!         Store personnel were very nice but the selection stinks. It would be nice to go in and see a variety of the same style in all color options. Hey D&B, how about a key ring with all your colors of Pebble Grain on one, Florentine on another, etc? Colors usually AREN'T the same as the web shows.
