I hate this apartment complex... don't move here... they are rude and inconsiderate... we had problems with people steeling converters from our cars parked right in front of our apartments and we asked them to up the security but they did nothing about it... both my cars converters were stolen and so were 3 of my neighbors... the office didn't care... we had a broken window in my kids bedroom and when they came to fix it they actually glued it shut so that it wouldn't open... that is against the law... when I asked them to fix it they ignored me... I had mold forming on my personal property as well as in the room and bathroom... they also did nothing about that either

I would give this place a -1 star if I could. I lived here 2 years and I had roaches all threw that time. I complained about it frequently but they didn't care much about fixing that problem. They should split our rent with those roaches. I even payed from my own pocket to get the problem resolved because they didn't have pest control during the beginning of covid. The problem only got bigger. Their walls are so thin that you could hear conversations from your neighbors and their voices weren't even that loud.

Multiple fraudulent charges after refusing to send deposit refund after move out. Did not intend to refund the deposit at all and only gave itemization of charges after 6 weeks of asking where the refund was. Well past 30 notification requirements. Has sent multiple charge itemizations with different charges to different entities. No two statements match. They duct-taped A/C window units to a downstairs apartment (without authorization) when the central air conditioning failed constantly. Then tried to charge $300 to replace window sills when the tape ripped the paint off. One includes a $40+ USAGE charge for carpet the was over SEVEN years old. Cleaning charges for cleaning that was not done by the complex. Make-ready items were added after one statement with false charges was contested. Will not refund $50 Direct TV deposit they required. Will not respond to communication attempts regarding the deposit. This is predatory leasing at its peak!

The new leasing management ,After they made me do everything for 3 weeks they gave my unit with a washer and dryer connection and gave me a unit without one sham on you for wasting my time and money!
