Constant trash around the apartment, it always stinks outside, can’t even drive through without worrying somethings going to pop your tires

I spent $200.00 as a single mom to apply, for them to call me with an excuse as to why I didn’t qualify. Never had a problem any where else...this is definitely a first! They kept my money and will now move on to the next victim! I would think twice..

How i wish i could review without no star at all, where do i start from? well in the begining ,christy and nancy were sweet, the moment i sign my lease, i saw different persons, from realizing the guest room has no light fixture or fan, that was my 1st shocker. i had to go buy a fan that has light bulb by myself,and waited for them to also send someone over to come fix the ceiling fan for me.or is it their nonchanlancy about putting in your work order to telling you well if the Ac is not working at least you have fan, or telling you which work order they see as emergency to which isnt. then from talking rudely to you , like they are doing you a favour by being on their property, arhhh the horror. then a tenant above me moved, my ceiling was leaking water on my dining chairs, and it took them almost 24 hours to cut off the water, my dining chair was destroyed, not even we are sorry came out of their mouth. or is it the Roaches invading my kichen,entering food items, invading my kids toilet, i had to constantly call on them , sending them pictures, they took their sweet time to fumigate, it was the worst moment of my life living in cheesapeake. it was so bad i had to ask them if they dont want me living in their property why did they allow me sign lease, like they treat people that is not like them horribly, or is the visitor vehicle registration you have to do every time , and i was told i only have 14 login to use in 30 days liike wow, then when i was moving, they came to stand by the thrash bin to see how i was thrasing my stuff, saying i littered the thrash surroungings, meanwhile the thrash was full, and nancy said she was going to charge me for thrash, like wow.. those managers are the worst, i dont know how they manage that place, but its getting empty by the minute.it was a horrible experience and a nightmare living in cheesapeake.

This people has rendered me homeless. I paid every money they requested of me. They had to send me lease via email to sign not knowing that they were ready to scam me. I got to the apartment at the time they gave me appointment to come for my keys, only to find out that the apartment is not ready after signing. They came up with story of still expecting the people that are supposed to come and change carpets. Chesapeake told me to come today that they would have fixed it, only to go there since morning no body in the office. I've called their phone, no one is answering. I missed work yesterday and today because I'm moving into my apartment and I never succeeded in moving. They practically ran away from the office today. The people I bought furniture from came to deliver but my apartment is not ready so they have to turn back. A new apartment I'm about to move into; the Air condition is not working, refrigerator is not working, bathroom sink is not working, the old carpet in the room is smelling everywhere in the house. I'm paying hotel bill and I have an apartment I have paid fully for and did everything I was asked to do. Please for everyone reading this, this is the worst apartment in 75243. If you don't want to be depressed, or if you don't want someone you know to be depressed, don't move in here or have someone you know have anything to do with this CHESAPEAKE APARTMENT Please......
