        33 degrees tonight and they refuse to switch from a/c to heat for the building. Oh yeah and cockroaches everywhere, enjoy.

        AVOID 180 E Property Management at all cost. Dont move here. Washers have not worked in over a month Update: 02/27 washers still not fixed. They said maybe end of March & rents going up $500 Update: 03/07 still not fixed. And they dont plan to fix them until they can switch the free washer to pay to use.
