    lived here in 2017 when IMT was managing it, and it was really great. Don't know what it's like now, as there was a mgmt change when I moved out, but I will say that the soundproofing in this apartment was amazing. I did not hear a single peep from my neighbors during the entirety of my year and a half stay.

    We have traveled from the East coast to visit Dallas and decided to stay at the Seville Uptown. Upon entering our room, there were knats everywhere. Dead knats in the freezer, refrigerator, dish washer, on the show curtain.....everywhere! So I contacted the Seville via their chat (the only way to reach them). Our chat representative named Josie Lynn claimed to be helping us find another room. After waiting about 42 minutes for a request for a new room, she ends the chat with no resolution, no follow up, NOTHING! We haven't even unpacked our suitcases. This is poor customer service and has made a bad start to our vacation. Throughout the call she expressed empathy and said she was looking into it and said she would reach out when there was an update and claimed that she wanted to make sure we have and wonderful stay. 10 minutes later, she claimed she caught us at a bad time was going to close the chat. Terrible!!!

    Edit: I'm leaving the review in it's entirety up as it adequately reflects my stay here. However, I want to point out that after posting this I was contacted by the property manager. Maintenance was sent out that day and several other issues were addressed by the property manager. She sat and listened to me, never tried to defend the actions of the complex, and assured me she'd do everything she could to make things right. I gave her a week and it seems like she's genuinely taken an interest in making the remainder of my stay better, short though it may be. If the property continues to take care of their tenants the way that I've been taken care of over the last week, it should be easy to get much better ratings across the board. =======ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW======= I was here for a year and have 34 maintenance requests. Anywhere from the rubber lining in the dishwasher coming off to contractors leaving a giant hole in my ceiling for months at a time. I have had no less than 3 water leaks in my ceiling from the apartment above requiring both contractors to come out and basically prevent me from living and working in my apartment for weeks on end and the maintenance staff requiring me to run commercial-grade fans to dry up the water in the dry wall increasing my electric bill threefold and being so loud I had to purchase ear plugs just to sleep. The front office staff does little to assist the tenants, going so far as to remind me that without 60-days moving notice there's a move-out fee. Hilariously, this information was provided to me when they offered me a new lease 57 days before my lease was up. The only real positive is that it's in a nice area.
