Im a current resident and will be moving as soon as I am physical able to. These apartments are roach infested and they wont solve the problem but just spray to keep it them at bay for a couple of weeks at a time. Getting in contact with them is like pulling teeth. I was not told that there was someone who smoked in my unit before I moved in and there are other tenants that smoke in there homes and you can smell it in your unit. The air conditioning is not per unit but one big one that everyone shares. You cant change the temperature and no one tells you that before you sign the lease. The walls are paper thin and there are some updates here and there but all appliances are well over 10 years old. I was also double charged in a month which put me at non sufficient funds for online payment for a second time and instead of taking responsibility for that they now make me go to the local 7-11 to pay cash even though I have always paid any ridiculous extra fees they come up with the moment that they tell me to pay it. I have not been late and I always pay my debts yet they treat me like Im always delinquent over their mistake. I have never hated living somewhere more than I hate living here. Dont move here.
