I have lived here since 2020 and the property is moving in the right direction under the new management team led by Karen M. It has been a rocky road with multiple property management companies and an ever revolving office/management/maintenance staff until recently for the management team - thank you Karen! The office staff though has been in place for at least a year and each one are kind and cheerful - thank you Nayeli R. and Daniel A. (spelling errors on any name are on me and my apologies). There are two other women in the office and also are fantastic. The maintenance team also in place for the last year and some change is fantastic in response. They are led by the best and each one of them is cheerful, responsive and more important effective. Again, there have been rocky spots in the past, however, I see a turn towards a safe, responsive community for all because of this team in place as of today. Please no more turnover to RPM corporate. Karen and every person on staff here is rock solid.

Wanted to get information on this apartment called last week, no response, called 3 times today and on the 3rd time someone finally answered. I had been looking at what apartments they have online and wanted to get some more information. I was then told, the apartments that they have online are NOT available and the website is NOT accurate, I was then told it would take at least 3 weeks to get an apartment anyways.

Great place to live, the front office is nice. There is a new manager in the office and things seem to be better now!
