I’ve been a resident for about 10 months and there’s always a problem :) I’ve been asking for 2 months to have mold fixed in my apartment and the owner told me they’re “working on emergencies at the moment.” I came home a few days ago to a note on the INSIDE of my door saying I violated my lease by having a dog and if I didn’t get rid of it in 3 days I’d be fined $100, but everybody and their mother has a dog.
