Arpeggio Apartments

I have been living here for almost a year and have already renewed my lease!! The leasing office is so helpful at all times and I couldnt be more appreciative of Krysti and Jerry! Kevin in maintenance is amazing! Whenever I submit a maintenance request he responds and fixes it usually within under an hour. I love this community and look forward to another year at arpeggio!

Jerry made my apartment search and move in experience awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. One of the best leasing agents I have ever worked with! The building itself is very clean and close walking distance to so many restaurants.

I have lived at Arpeggio for 3 years now and have loved every minute of it. The management team is very responsive, the property is clean and in close proximity to everything you could want to do in Dallas, and if there ever is an issue, they are quick to respond and resolve. Our maintenance team is also wonderful. Whenever I put in a ticket, the team is there same day! Kevin the service manager and his assistant, Juan, are the best! Their speedy response times, efficiency, and wonderful demeanor help keep this place running smoothly. I cant say enough good things.
