1st off the hot water is ran off of a boiler and it's always either not working or a member of maintenance turns it down on fridays and turns it up when they return on Monday so that they have less work on weekends leaving the residents with no hot water. The a/c works only when managementturns it on, the maintenance workers have 2 marked parking spots and still uses the unmarked spaces leaving residents parking far away from their building. The management allows unregistered & non working vehicles park in reserved parking spaces leaving the less fortunate or other residents to walk far to their vehicles if they aren'tpaying $25 extra for the closes parking to their building. Then the maintenance hardly ever fix problems to completion, they'd rather keep half fixing stuff instead of replacing items that the apartment unit comes with. I call time and time again to the office and since living here i have yet to receive an answer or a retuned phone call, but just once. The office and its lights are always on they just know certain residents that calls to complain phone numbers & they don't answer so they don't have to deal with them. There is a large piece of field in which they could add more parking but they refuse to do what's feasible and what could possibly please the residents. There is only one working entry/exit gate which sometimes locks or malfunction and won't open leaving you to be stuck inside or out running late for work practice or just to come home to relaxation at a place you pay money to live at. This experience on my second lease ever is displeasing and uncomfortable to deal with for a whole year.

Okay so I’ve been trying to contact the office no one ever answer the phone but they are posting on the Facebook page and one of the people that work in the apartments office never responds to anybody that are just simply asking a question about the apartments so I really don’t understand what they’re problem is . My opinion it’s very rude and weird 🤷🏾‍♀️

Every summer the AC do not work. I had to call code complliance a couple times. This is the worst apartments I have ever stayed in. The mice should pay rent they so bad. They don’t fix stuff and they have the nerve to tow visitors card in daytime and make you pay a fee to park inside this raggedy mess. Mold is thick in my restroom and they won’t do anything about it. Do not move here
