They need to rebuild these apartments and I do not fell comfortable in my house and the men who come fix stuff can’t even fix the stuff right he put Elmers glue on the stuff and walk out and he doesn’t even speak English so I can’t understand him and our stuff and our restroom is broke and the shower. And people drugs and these kids be throwing things at my windows and stoled my kids bikes I got them for Christmas. These apartments need to be shut down!!!!!!

I have a family member who resides in this apartment complex. Because of an inability to make it into the office Mondaytohrough Friday during the work week due to scheduling conflicts, we, as a family work together to ensure rent gets paid on the 1st . There have been several, several occasion's in which parking passes are not readily available when rent gets paid. Now if I pay you money in a timely fashion, I expect that parking passes or whatever is necessary for me to continue residency without worry of having my vehicle towed would be readily available. Luz, who states she is the Manager of the apartment complex and Jennifer who works the front desk, are both quite rude. Rather than display some type of Customer sensitivity, they choose to engage and provide you with condescending tones or ill mannered looks. Is it the fault of the resident that you do not have what is expected upon receipt of your money? In the same manner you do not want to have to wait to be paid, nor should a resident have to wait for their living essentials. There is a real lack of professionalism here. If you are dealing with the public, you should expect to receive complaints when you consistently fail to provide items in a timely manner. And, you can also expect that if you continue this practice, it won't be long before you won't have to worry about rent being paid by anyone on the 1st...and Southcrest will be able to thank Management Luz and business proficient Jennifer. 👏👏👏

They spend more time towing their residents cars than fixing their property,air conditioning keeps going out and they prohibited window units but for certain residents they installed units
