Very nice, well manicured property. Seemed quiet and was easy to navigate through the property.

Pasting in my Yelp review: 3/31/2021: Bumping this down to one star. While the staff are nice and professional, they have failed to fix majority of the issue I have written about in my previous reviews. The gate is still constantly broken and make that insane beeping sound for entirely too long. I had previously discussed this will management and they said they would look into turning the sound off but that has happened. If that gate breaks on the weekend, you get to hear that lovely sound for over a day. It's loud and goes off every 30 seconds or so. The parking situation is worse. Good luck finding a spot after 6 most days. All the spots are taken in the normal area and compact parking is a joke. People are constantly parked over the lines so even if there's an open spot, you won't fit. Guess what? No parking means you have to park either in a random strip mall next to the complex or you have a 5-10 walk down the road to park on a residential street nearby. I have talked to the regional manager and the current property manager, and while they have said they would resolve this, it hasn't happened in 2 years. As an example I let the manager know that there is a maintenance van parked in a resident spot. I asked if they'd move it so a resident could park there. He said, "sure" and that car is still there. It's been 2 weeks. The van was still there last I have checked. My last real big issue is handicap parking. I have constantly complained about them not enforcing the handicap spots. We have guest who need the handicap spots and assistance the handicap loading provides. No only have they still failed to Enforce this since I have lived here, I have seen magnolia staff use these spots. This complex is not the place if you have mobility challenged guest. On positive note is the maintenance staff is amazing and they do deserve lots of praise. I love saying hello to them when I walk pass them and they are always fast and friendly as can be on a repair.

I don't normally write reviews, but I know reasonable apartment reviews can be hard to come by so here ya go. I've lived here for about 6 months and have been really impressed for the most part. The finishes and amenities are a little nicer than what you can expect at other apartments for a similar price - nicer appliances, wine fridge, built in speakers, granite counter tops, nice lighting. And I feel like you get a little more space for your money as well. I love the neighborhood, easy access to White Rock and Santa Fe trail, really cool shops and restaurants really close by, and super convenient access to all the other stuff in Dallas you may want to do without feeling like you are in the middle of the city. I really can't emphasize how nice the neighborhood is. Noise seems normal but I am also on the top floor. Pool and rec room are good especially considering how small the complex is. My biggest complaint is parking. I understand it's a small complex and there are private garages, but considering this is a luxury complex, a shade structure for cars would go a long way. The parking can also be really inconvenient in building 1 if you work 9-5 hours, as the majority of spots are behind building 2. The gates also seem to always be broken in some form. These aren't deal breakers for me, but just be aware if you are considering. There's also no elevator or Luxer Locker. Overall 4/5 Stars - management is responsive, the maintenance teams are around and have always shown up in a reasonable amount of time, love the location, and I love the apartment itself, just be appraised of the parking situation.
