My wife and I have been here for almost two months. We are very impressed with the staff and the residents alike.

Very noisy place to live. Maintenance people were up at 8 AM using leaf blowers. Impossible to sleep. This happens very frequently.

Second time in less than a year someone has broke into my car. Hardly any cameras in Dakota, atleast none in the parking areas where it actually matters. Youll hardly ever see security patrolling at night either. This is a big problem and they arent taking it seriously. I already reported this once. Im keeping this review here until they do something about it. For how much more expensive this place is theres no excuse for this.

After almost one year here, I decided to renew my lease. Other than the incident I had when I moved in, rest are all good. It's a safe and friendly community. == == == == == == == == == == == == == Today is my second day. First day we found theres no hot water for shower. We called maintenance and no one shows up. We called again in the morning and finally someone shows up and it takes whole morning to fix the issue. However theres a leakage found after the hot water issue. We wait another hour for plumbing to come. It takes another three hours. Then the fire sprinkler is leaking and all carpets are wet. It takes another two hour to stop the leakage. Now I am waiting carpet guy to come and do his work. Nothing is inspected before moving in. Worst experience ever.
