We are with Sprint currently and went in to this location to switch to T-Mobile and get the new iPhone 12. A nice Hispanic girl began to help us. We told her wed been on the phone with Sprint and we told we could simply trade in our iPhone 6 and X and get a rebate towards the new 12s. The representative kept mentioning this Megenta plan over the low cost essential plan we were on with Sprint that was suiting us well. Then, this random other T-mobile guy with too much red beard and not enough mask kept interrupting his co worker, saying things like, Its obvious Sprint doesnt know what they are talking about, you dont qualify for that rebate since we now own Sprint. So you see, youre an existing customer. Then he walked off and set off a phone alarm that he couldnt make stop. So the rest of our time in store was trying to communicate through high pitch wailing with the original girl rep who was interrupted. After also being told I also dont qualify as a first responder because Im just a front line worker for any other discount further insulted us. It ended with us leaving and joining AT&T. They were friendly and speedy. We have a better plan than wed have gotten at T-Mobile. They took our old phones in as a rebate. We got our phones the next day via Fed-Ex. And we have free HBO Max. They also honored me as a front line worker. Thank you T-Mobile for being rude and disrespectful. It lead to a better situation for us. If you have Sprint currently and have iPhone. Consider checking out AT&T for better service and better plans.

When trying to open up a plan with them I was told a price. However, the sales associate tried giving me a higher price after taking some information from me . After being told the new price I decided to cancel the order. Sales associate told me that it was a shame but made it VERY CLEAR that there will be no charges as I had decided not to take ANY T-Mobile lines home that day. Being a naive 18 year old I believed him. Now a month later I am being chased by collectors asking me to pay over $100. This is incredible as I NEVER had a T-Mobile line at any time. Will be taking the matter to a legal standpoint if it is not resolved as this is not only a money issues but a CREDIT issue. Very disappointed PLEASE be weary of the transactions made at this T-Mobile location !!
