        WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!! 0 STARS!! Went for a phone exchange because my phone hasnt been working and I have warranty, manager Quill started awesome, he helped and explained I needed to return the following day for the exchange and receive my new phone. I receive a message 2 days later that my phone replacement is at the store, once I show up for my phone at 7pm (they close at 8pm) the employees that by the way were on their phone scrolling tell me that they are about to close and they dont do exchange after 7. Another day without my issue fixed. The following day I show up at the store and while I was about to get the exchange with manager Quill, assistant manager CHRISTINA interferes and tells me and the MANAGER Quill that I cant receive my phone that I have to send it to get fixed first, Again another day they send me home without my issue fixed. they set up an appointment at Best Buy to get it fixed. I go to Best Buy a week later and the employee lets me know right away he cant fix my phone that I NEED a replacement and need to return to the store. I am fed up. I will be going to another company after being with tmobile for 9 years. Dont come to this store!!!!
