        Terrible customer service. Every time you come in here is a different conversation with all the agents. They dont even keep notes on your account therefore there is zero accountability.

        Dealt with T-Mobile on the phone for 6days stressing I need my phone for work and they did nothing. Went into this store in a horrible mood losing my job was undeniable. The manager Shane diffused a very bad situation and took care of my phone issue. My phone was messed up and he got me a replacement ordered promptly. I did lose my job but if id went straight to the store instead of dealing with the online support I'd still have my job. Shane was a true professional and the staff at this location are fabulous and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Shane, T-Mobile still has me as a customer thanks to you.
