I have a buddy that has an apartment here and I have stayed over a few times to wake up in the morning to giant cockroaches. After calling the landlord the first time she said she must wait a week to call the exterminator. My friend had then moved in to my house because it is not sanitary to live in a cockroach infested apartment. It took roughly about two weeks for the exterminator to get there. After the 30 seconds he was in the apartment we did't see a cockroach until about a month later. I am not the only person who found cockroaches here, as my neighbor did as well. This place is garbage and do not live here.

I have lived at the Metropolitan Manayunk Hill location for the last 4 years and couldn’t be happier! Property Management (Linda) and Maintenance (Dave) always go above and beyond. Linda is very patient and accommodating and Dave responds to maintenance requests effectively and efficiently. The apartments are a great size with plenty of closet space. And the community is in a great location with Target and Shop rite seconds away. I highly recommend!
