Been living here for 6 years and I hate it so much. Lots of fights in the courtyard and in front of buildings at night whilst I am trying to sleep so i can work an 8 hour shift and put food on the table for my family. I do not live here on a section 8 voucher but most if not all tenants in this complex do so naturally there is less care from these tenants of their environment and less consideration and etiquette for the people around them. This is not exclusive to the tenants however because the staff don't do anything to maintain the buildings, they just pretty up the front so it looks good on the outside, when in reality the buildings are unsafe moldy and less than clean. There are leaks in the ceiling that smell like straight up piss and I've contacted fatos the idiot superintendent who "maintains" the buildings (which essentially in his case is walking around the grounds being useless and yelling at tenants' children for playing in the courtyard) and he does nothing about it yet Liss Property keeps raising our rent every year. I have yet to mention the mice and rat issue that has been prolonging ever since I moved in in October of 2017. I have a 2 year old daughter and I can't let crawl on the floor of my own damn apartment because of the mouse issue. Mind you i vacuum my entire apartment once every week and dust constantly. I also never leave food out or dirty dishes in the sink yet vermin and roaches attract regularly. I also dislike the lack of amenities of this complex. There is no real playground, just a patch of grass in the courtyard that used to be a pool that fatos keeps locked on the tenants' side of the gate but leaves it wide open to complete strangers and people not coming from the buildings of the complex which is extremely incompetent and counter-intuitive. Maybe put up a basketball court in that patch of grass for my 14 year old son who loves sports, or a playground for my 4 year old toddler who is very antsy and hyper energetic throughout the day. yknow to show the tenants that you give a damn about their entertainment at least considering you do no cleaning or maintenance of the actual buildings. There is a great deal of cracks and mold in the basement of my building amongst multiple others because my friends lives in the building just across from mine and tells me regularly how the mold issue prolongs and how nobody ever comes to clean. I once came home from work to an empty box blocking the staircase and chicken wing bones scattered throughout the steps and even on my neighbors front step. Overall bad living experience and if these issues prolong liss property should be OBLIDGED to either clean up the buildings and start caring about the well being of especially young and elderly tenants, or start building areas for kids to play and run around so they don't get bored of living in a dumpster of a housing complex.

Mice number 11!! Worst experience, dont recommend this place unless you like mice.

I very much enjoy it. The community is quite and out of the way, which is what I wanted. I am young, so I appreciate that when I am playing loud music or have people over others cannot hear any commotion. There is always enough parking spaces. I have had little to none pests issues. I really appreciate that the exterminator comes for free to my apartment. The one thing I wish will imporve in the apartment is that anyone walking by in the hallway can hear conversations you are having in your own apartment.
