        Terrible apartment with incompetent management. It's been three months and they still haven't returned my deposit. Avoid at all costs.

        No internet tonight - Now is 4:20 AM, cold and sleepy, I saw a person is locked outside the bedroom for 4 hours because the key they gave to that person suddenly not work for no reason!! Not the first time this kind of things happen!

        Stay away. This place is more like a prison than an apartment.You will see all kinds of notes telling you will be fined for everything. The staff is very cold and unhelpful.

        14 5-star reviews within 24 hours on January 18th?? - how can you trust this place? 1. Living situation is terrible to say the least. You get assigned with random roommates. My toilet seat is always FECES & BLOOD STAINED, and bathroom supplies constantly get stolen. So good luck. 2. Building overall is terrible. Fire alarm sounds at 7 am constantly. Building decided to implement new lock system without informing tenants. When you ask them to unlock the door, it is $50 per time. 3. Could not get my deposit back after months. Reached out to management and they are not even based in the US. While you think your rent is cheap, take into account that you will NEVER get your deposit back. This is against the Pennsylvania law, but hey I guess this is just a criminal organization so they don't obey the law. TLDR AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. [using a different name in case of retaliation]
