The Edge Student Village

I really like the edge. It's been my home for the past two years. I actually won some really awesome prizes like beats headphones for renewing my lease. I have never really had any maintenance issues, and I love the rooms and living areas that they provide, not to mention the public amenities.

I lived at The Edge in 2019/2020 as student housing and again in 2021 as a personal lease. I really liked having the option to sign an academic year lease, especially for a single room. All utilities are included with rent, so you don't have to get your own wifi router, or pay a water/electric bill. With the new management, paying rent is super easy on the app, and maintenance requests get completed super quickly. They also run great promotions for leases! As for the amenities, there is an Amazon Hub (so your packages won't get stolen off your front stoop!), great security, a game area, and lots of comfy couches in the lobby to study at, and a gym that has cardio and weight equipment (which is great for those winter days you don't want to leave the house!).There is also a parking lot for residents. I think this is a great option for students and I wouldn't have come back for a second lease if it wasn't nice to live here.
