Renting process is absolutely terrible. I have been trying to get in touch with the rental agent, Jeff, for days to view an apartment but neither him nor the apartment office will answer. He gave his cell number on his voicemail so I tried texting and calling that number but have yet to get a response. I dont understand the point of posting apartment openings if youre not going to answer inquiries.

I lived here for a year and loved it! Wish I couldve stayed longer. The management staff is great and communicate very well. The area is always clean and maintenance is available and done regularly. It is a peaceful and comfortable place to live. Everything is accesible and its a friendly community.

Great place. Excellent price for the space and quality you get. I looked at 10 different places in the St. Louis Area and couldn't find something comparable. I've had a single bedroom unit for a couple of months now, and haven't changed my mind. The staff is super friendly. It's worth your time to check out for sure.

Overpriced and poor insulation. You can hear your neighbors above you, next to you, and across the hallway. Only pro - if someone smokes weeds (no judgement, everyone needs something right now); it may stink up the hallway, but it stays out of your unit.
