        Excellent Apartment Building in western Philadelphia! Very clean. Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel. Rooms are above average in size. Appliances are in working order. Large Common Area in basement. Will recommend these apartments to others.

        Great apartment building. 24/7 manned lobby, great amenities like bike storage. Well designed facility layout and well maintained. Rooms are perfectly sized.

        Beautiful building with 24/7 front desk and amazing staff! Everyone from the janitor to the maintenance people to the front desk staff, property manager and owner are all very professional! This property is well cared for and it's a great place to live!
