The best thing about this place is the people who work the security desk. Other than that, I do not recommend living here at all. We've routinely had problems with water pressure and temperature that have never been addressed despite multiple maintenence requests, the wifi is spotty, the kitchens have no ovens or natural light.

absolutely horrible. do not waste your time looking at this dump. i would rather be homeless than live here again. rude staff, extremely unwelcoming door security, and overall the worst living experience i’ve ever had. do yourself a favor and look somewhere else asap.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Racist and rude staff (RD and RAs) that does not care about anyone but themselves. Most terrible living experience I have ever had. They treat guests horrible. The place is way too expensive for what it offers, a ton of things are broken and do not get fixed upon request, A/C doesn't work right, no light in the bedrooms, lock doesn't work, no printer and no snack or drink machines in the building, repeatedly spiders in the room (and I keep my room perfectly clean), you hear EVERYTHING through the ceiling, my roommate had bedbugs in her space although they're supposed to do a treatment every summer to prevent that. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this place!

(Translated by Google) It's too bad to say it clearly. It's not awful. You will often be tempted to charge a large rent in this quality room. I can not say what I admire. I do not want to attach even one star. First of all, it is the story of the moving day. In the kitchen, there is a microwave oven that I do not know how to use well (please keep it about the manual), a middle size refrigerator with a freezer, and neither gas nor IH, I have never seen it in Japan again Despite the heating-type stove and double room, it is a smaller table than the study desk. What's in each room is a small desk and chair, a small TV, a rigid one-seat sofa, a very small closet, and a small single bed with exposed mattress. There are a lot of outlets, but somehow about 30% could not be used. Some holes can not be inserted physically for some reason. The lost of treasure is like the word that exists for this room. Speaking of which, I think that it was the student who lived before, but a large amount of hair was generated in the bathroom. I wonder if Americans know the word Cleaning. If you don't know, you have to teach me the meaning and the way. It's about bed, but it's a student dormitory with lots of students coming from abroad? Why don't you leave sheets or comforters so you can go to bed as soon as you arrive? On the first day, is it a story that you can sleep on a mattress that may have ticks? And the last thing is that there is no lighting. The kitchen and bathroom have ceiling lights, but each room has no light at all. In the dark, you have to unpack and make bed by relying on the light coming from the kitchen. It has air conditioning, but it is noisy. And because it sticks and disappears intermittently, you can not sleep unbelievably. It is recommended to turn off the air conditioning while sleeping. This alone is enough to shatter the spirit, but there is still a continuation. The hot water coming out of the shower is too hot. There is more than 45 ° C in the bodily sensation. No matter how you adjust the faucet, only hot water comes out. You think it would be better to bring the water from the kitchen and adjust it using a bucket or something? My thoughts are sweet. The kitchen, the sink and even the toilet water at the end of the list are hot water. I will laugh after passing the state I can not say something drowning. And even if you ask for maintenance, no repairer will come at all. In the end, all the faucets in the room are twisted and left to leave. I fixed it after leaving it for 30 to 40 minutes, but it is a story of whether I should do this every day. First of all, it is a waste of water and energy expenses. After one week I finally got it fixed, but the same problem reappears next week. I do not have the spirit to say a claim any longer. It is a level that you want to refund the rent completely or claim for compensation. By the way, there are a lot of black mold in the shower room. If you don't take a bath, you will feel as if it is beautiful. In the meantime, the toilet seat is definitely too low and you will feel numb (as it is your personal opinion). I don't think there are many properties that I live in this way and don't get bored. Also, although this is a half accident factor (?), Because sparrows start a large chorus every morning from 5 am to 7 am, ear plugs when going to sleep will be essential. Otherwise, you will be forced to strum and kill sparrows every morning. I got homesick in 30 seconds after I arrived in this room. I do not say bad things. You should not live here unless you have a good reason. You will regret it without asking. The good thing is about security. In 24 hours, a black guardman (which turns into a variety of people in a half-day cycle) is swung back and forth at the entrance. In addition, there is an IC chip reader in front of the elevator and the corridor leading to the room, and it can not be unlocked without it. I think that the invasion of outsiders is practically impossible. まず、引越し当日の話です。
