Welcome to Park Place One Apartments. Thanks for the kind words. It’s overwhelming to move, and we do our best to make sure we make the transition as stress free as possible. One way of doing that is by making sure your new home is prepared to the highest level possible. As I have said in earlier reviews, each and every apartment home is reviewed several times by our management team, and that includes the owner. We recognize the importance of first impressions; we understand that details matter. We have a wonderful staff beginning with your first contact with our rental staff, and on going service needs through our maintenance team and front office. I’m pleased that they made your move a bit easier. This is a lovely time of the year, especially at Park Place One with all the flowers and trees in full bloom. I understand your frustration, and why you were so upset. As the owner, I want to extend to you my sincere apologies. Unbeknownst to us, our leasing agent was dealing with a very serious personal issue on the day of your appointment. We weren’t aware that she had an appointment, nor that she failed to keep her scheduled appointment until you called our office. The consultant in question has worked for us for over five years, and had performed her job well until the date in question. The rental consultant has been suspended.We hope you will give us an opportunity to give you a personal tour of the model with the Owner as your tour guide, or if you prefer, please feel free to call our main office and the receptionist will connect your call to me. Thanks for taking the time to write a review, and welcome to the Park Place One Apartments. You picked a great time to of the year to relocate. Spring is my favorite season. The flowers are just starting to bloom, and in a short time, so will the many flowering trees that make Park Place One so beautiful. Our landscapers will be out cleaning, pruning and planting in the next few weeks. We have a new site improvement that is planned for this Spring, that will make it easy to identify where residents apartments are located (especially at night). The improvement is intended to make it easier for your visitors and deliveries to find your home. While convenance was a factor in designing our latest improvement, the more important consideration was safety, this soon to be started improvement will enhance the ability of emergency vehicles to hone in on the exact location of an apartment. It’s not often that a resident needs an ambulance service, but minutes count when there is a life safety issue, and the health and wellbeing of our residents are our number one priority. I am confident that you will enjoy living at the Park Place One. It’s an amazing community, with many wonderful residents like yourself.

Moving is challenging, relocating to a new city is much more difficult and exhausting. I’m glad you settled in, and are now getting a chance to relax and enjoy your new home. We have a GREAT staff, and we are all here to help in any way we can. This is a great community, and a great neighborhood. The area has great shopping, public transportation and enjoys superior highway access to both the PA Turnpike and I95. We are conveniently located to downtown’s social scene, culture and the City’s sports venue. You have a lot to explore. Once spring arrives, the ability to walk across the street and enjoy one of the nations best urban park systems will enhance your lifestyle and happiness. Welcome to Park Place One Apartments. I read your review with a great deal of personal satisfaction. In the days prior to delivering the keys to our apartment homes, our entire staff is focused on delivering a home that will delight our new residents. It’s not enough to deliver the keys to your apartment home on time, but to deliver each and every home with the detail and care that we would expect for members of our family. It’s a bit challenging to deliver around the holidays due to vacations, and many of our supply houses being closed (if we need parts), but we manage year in and year out to overcome these issues. We actually sit back and wait for responses like your recent review. We take a great deal of pride in what we do, and great satisfaction when our efforts are acknowledged. Rachel has been doing this for decades, as has nearly all our staff. As the most senior staff member, I marvel at how fortunate I am to work with such lovely, talented people. I love what I do, and I can say with certainty that each individual member of our team feels the same way. You will have been one of the first residents to move into our latest upgraded homes.
