The Eleanor at Walnut

I have lived here for almost two years and would recommend it to any college student. The staff (shout out to Ricky and Samira) is super friendly and take care of requests in a timely manner. The apartment has keyed access so the building is not open to the public, making it a secure place to live. I also like that I don't have to find my own roommates, as the Eleanor has a roommate matching service. The apartment building is located close to public transportation (SEPTA) and three grocery stores within walking distance. So you don't need to worry about trying to get around or going far for food.

I have lived here for 4 years. Wonderful apartment! Always cleans on Mondays, super responsive to any wear and tear or repairs! Ricky is an icon, one of the kindest and most personable building managers out there! Plus, with the many community engagement initiatives such as pancake day, free coffee/donuts etc., you truly get the perk of living among friends. In my four yrs of living here, Ricky has matched me with new roommates each year and every one of them has been a perfect match. He truly has his ear on the ground when it comes to fostering and maintaining strong human relationships. Highly recommend, with no reservations!
