        I've lived in this apartment forever and is literally the best one I've had. Marc is by far the best every issue is taken care of immediately. I'm never leaving my place lol

        My husband and I moved to Oakland Terrace Apartments in February of 2021 and have had nothing but excellent experiences. All maintenance requests were taken care of on the day of request and maintenance was a pleasure to work with. I have nothing but positive things to say about Marc and how he runs Oakland Terrace. It is an excellent community and I always felt it was a safe and clean environment. Thank you to Oakland Terrace for making our time here so wonderful!

        Do to change on date of moving they will not work with me. I gave $1000 to hold the apartment. They keep the money. I never said I was not moving in. I just told them I will move in on a diferent day. What is the purpose of the $1000 to hold the unit? They robb me for my money. Really bad apartment management. I Don't recommend it
