After living at Venice Lofts for four months, we couldn't be happier with our decision. Karen made the application and move-in process a breeze, and our apartment was impeccably clean upon arrival. The staff is amazing - they remember our names and greet us warmly every time we see them. Any maintenance requests were happily resolved within 24 hours, and having a concierge desk to receive our packages has been a total game changer. We highly recommend this property and can't thank Apex Manayunk enough for the excellent experience.

As a long-time resident of Venice Lofts, I've seen many property managers come and go. But since Cortland took over, the place has been transformed for the better. I recently renewed my lease and he made the rent negotiations a breeze. Shaina, Katie, Phyllis, Gina, Danny, and Ernie are all fantastic to work with too, and they even spoil my furry friend silly! I highly recommend living at Apex Manayunk to anyone looking for exceptional management and a wonderful living experience.

At Venice Lofts, the staff and management go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. They greet you by name and are always available to assist you. You'll receive regular updates via email and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The concierge is friendly and welcoming too! The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, with a prime location just steps away from Main Street. I loved living here and highly recommend Apex Manayunk.

Fall in love with your new home - our spacious and spotless apartment is unbeatable! Not only is our location top-notch, but our 24/7 front desk staff is always friendly and eager to help. As part of our community, you'll feel right at home at Apex Manayunk. It might cost a little more than other options, but trust us - the quality and community spirit are worth every penny. We couldn't recommend it enough!
