I am moving out (of Unit 302) because of an ongoing roof/window leak. Management said there was nothing they could do to repair while I was living there, so I informed them of my decision to leave at the end of my lease in August. However, they are currently showing this unit for rental after I leave without fixing it. The apartment itself is gorgeous but there is water damage and definitely mold growing due to the ongoing leak issue.

I spoke to Chip on the phone. Very rude and unprofessional. He couldnt wait to get me off the phone as if I was bothering him. Chip said he was going to follow-up and never did. Im glad he didnt. Read the other reviews about this place, its very consistent. Icing on the cake, its a flood zone with the hurricane that came through recently.

i have absolutely loved living at yarn factory lofts. we moved from out of state during covid and david and rebecca made sure that we were taken care of every step of the way. any time weve ever needed something, they have answered our maintenance request almost immediately and had someone out the next day. the building is super dog friendly for our furry family and everything is brand new and just simply gorgeous. thank you yarn factory and DF management for being quite literally the best rental experience weve ever had.
