Moved a month ago and its been a pleasant experience. Ive never seen more attentive and helpful front desk staff in my 5 years in Philadelphia. The maintenance supervisor is quick to fix repairs. The rooftop is great- waiting for sunny days.
It is true that the gym/amenities are under repair but I knew that moving in.

I whole heartedly agree with Mary below!
I have been living here for the past year and also will not renew the lease.
A fire alarm is even going off as I type this. The gym and package room have been closed for most of the duration I've been here, and I've tried to use the "office" (really the size of a closet) printer twice and it never works.
The new management is really bad- absent, impractical and poor communication.
Immediately as you step outside there are always at least 2 homeless men at 7/11 harassing you.
In spite of ALL of this, management wanted to increase my rent LOL. What a joke!
However, as stated by everyone, Kadeem truly is the best :)

My partner and I have been here for almost 6 months and it's been such a positive experience for us! The application process was a breeze and all of our questions were quickly answered by Brendan P. Since we've moved in, the management and front desk staff have hosted several community events (free breakfast, contests, etc) and made us feel very welcomed. We also love the fact that the building is very pet friendly. We have two dogs living at the building and the front desk have been so kind to them. Our dogs love Andre in particular, and will run to him for treats and love every morning. It's a routine a lot of pet owners in the building experience and it definitely does not go unnoticed.
Update - We did not renew our lease and are moving out. It's been a miserable experience living here. The gym and mailroom have been closed for the past 8-10 months and we're still being charged an amenity fee for it. Their alternative is a foldout table in the lobby. The only true amenity is a their rooftop which is subpar compared to the other buildings near by. The rooftop is messy and not very ADA friendly (requires you to take a flight up stairs). The fire alarms go off constantly and no one knows how to turn it off. There are so many working professionals and hospital workers here and having the alarms go off in the middle the night or during work hours is VERY disruptive. Also for a pet-friendly building, it's not very pet-friendly. For example, there was power outage in the middle of the winter and the management team compensated us for our hotel rooms. It was a very kind gesture until we asked and we were told to leave them behind. We had to fight tooth and nail for them to allow us to bring our pets. In addition, this is not the building's fault but there are always loiterers outside. You immediately feel so unsafe and I've been personally harassed by a few of them outside of my own home (was chased from the apartment to Starbucks and it turned out the same women punched a resident walking into the Commonwealth). What doesn't help is that "security" at the front desk does nothing. There was no email or any notification of the incident. They'll see you in distress and just watch from the inside and do nothing. The security team is outsourced and they're either asleep on the job or just Facetiming their friends (other than Kadeem - He's the best). The front desk and management I referred to in my first post have all moved on and are no longer associated with the building or security team. If you are looking for a "luxury building", it's worth paying a little more somewhere else than living here.

Affordable pricing. Location is close to several transportation services. Should consider permanent concierge staff within the company instead of just outsourcing through a security company even though they have a knowledgeable helpful and accommodating staff such as Kadeem . Every apartment complex has its ups and downs so please bare with them during their transition of employees.
