My boyfriend and I lived at the Piazza for 2 years. Like many others, we thought the leasing agents were very helpful and friendly. Soon after we realized how little they actually care about their residents. We were told when we toured the apartments that we qualified for one of their promotions (1 month free), but when we were sent the lease that promo was not included and all of a sudden our 2 year lease disqualified us from receiving any discount. Additionally, the Piazza loves to market that their dog park when showing apartments, but once you move in you realize that it’s actually a public dog park that the Piazza “gave†to the community. It is overrun with dogs from the surrounding neighborhoods. Most residents don’t even bring their dog, because it is so small, crowded and often has dog fights break out. The most recent and disappointing instance was regarding our move out fees. I requested to be present during the walk through so that I could know what charges would be deducted from the security deposit. At the time of the walk through I was informed that the person responsible for determining deductions would not be joining us, instead it was just myself and Jarred. I was told that we would receive an email if there were any deductions. No email ever came. We received our check today to find out they deducted $50 for a "general cleaning fee" and $700 for "full paint", no explanation whatsoever. I would never recommend this apartment building to anyone I know and I would say think twice before ever signing a lease here.

UPDATE 9/17: To Post Brothers, is your reply a joke? I’ve been desperately trying to speak with someone, including Jessica, but no one answers the phone or responds to any of my numerous e-mails and messages. The one decent human who I was finally able to get in touch with told me that those who could help were OOO and would get back to me. Which they of course, did not. You have my number on file, somebody call me immediately since I cannot get in touch with anybody. I’ve posted before about their fraudulent practices while residing at the Piazza and now I am adding an updated review post move out. The Piazza has hit me with multiple miscellaneous move out fees none of which were outlined in the lease. No one had responded to my multiple inquiries about move out charges prior to my move out and no one has responded to multiple requests about the over $1K in charges afterwards. Don’t be blinded by their friendly leasing agents, once they lock you in they will ignore you and rob you. If you are a current resident FYI your water is being billed incorrectly. All the horrible reviews are true, feel free to message me if you have any questions. Current/ Past residents that have been duped by the Piazza, please reach out to me. We have a large number of people that are planning to take action against Post Brothers and are in touch with the appropriate media outlets. If you’d like to contribute your experience let us know. Must have records/proof of wrong doing.
