Its not even worth the headache. The noise is unbearable, and their solution is for you to pay more. Unless youre going to live on the top floor, its just not worth it. Vacuuming at 2:00 AM, jumping/stomping down the stairs from the tenants above during what should be quiet hours, screaming on the phone at all hours of the night, screaming during intimate moments, and they do absolutely nothing (even with video, time stamped proof). Its a smoke-free community, yet fumes are in my apartment and Im asked to email evidence - now how tf would someone do that? For the cost, you can get way better amenities elsewhere. Also dog pee in front of the doors/sidewalk. During the warmer months, it just smells like dog pee as soon as you walk out the front door. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. UPDATE: 2/13/2024 - Emails and phone conversations were had prior to the response from Logan Lofts on this post, and they have not done anything (will post photos). An incident report was even filled out by the concierge, and it's been crickets. Multiple emails have already been sent, so you can see how horrible the service is. Why would someone respond to my review asking for me to call or email them when several of my emails have gone unanswered already? I REPORTED THAT THERE WERE FUMES IN MY APARTMENT, SO WOULD THAT NOT WARRANT SOMEONE TO INVESTIGATE THE MATTER FURTHER? I LITERALLY COMPLETE INVESTIGATIONS FOR A LIVING. FROM A LIABILITY STANDPOINT, IT'S RATHER NEGLIGENT TO TELL SOMEONE THAT SINCE NO ONE ELSE HAS COMPLAINED THEIR COMPLAINT IS NOT SUBSTANTIAL WITHOUT DOING YOUR DUE DILIGENCE AND INVESTIGATING THE MATTER. FUMES CAN BE A RESULT OF ANYTHING. *I have documentation for daysssssssssss.

I am happy to have had called Logan Lofts my home for the past two years. I will definitely miss the large windows, high ceilings, spacious rooms, homey vibe, and above all, the friendly staff in this building. I will also miss the nice restaurants and museums nearby. The rooftop events are fun -- I wish there were more of them!
