I walked in to return a product close to closing time and supposed store manger greeted me. He claimed they do not take returns from other stores (non cellphone it was a product they sell there as well) and began to get rude when I asked to see the return policy. Instead of offering to turn the sale around or sell other products, he replies this is a cell phone store and it will mess up my inventory. When I asked for the district managers name he refused to provide and also refused to provide his name. He unwillingly provided the store number and told me to leave the store. This was the worst service I have ever experienced from a very unprofessional young man. If he is a store manager, his position should be reconsidered. He continued talking as I was walking out and in front of other customers. For this being the main store in Harrisburg and numerous complaints about rudeness the team should be re-evaluated.

Just switched from big red to T-mobile new 55 + plan, very happy and satisfied. Find the Revvl is a great phone. Staff are pleasant, attentive, and competent. Rare to save money and have great networking. Check them out, you will be glad you did!
Getting ready to leave now. Bought a samsung watch which was deffective. I was given a re onditioned replacement with scratches on the screen. It started overheating and draining the battery. They told me in under 1 year there is no warranty. Going back to Verizon.

The store supervisor named Alex helped me a lot on my bill concerning my accessories and i am truly grateful to be with T mobile will be with them for many years to come .
