        Dawson is great! He was knowledgeable & very professional in setting me up with new service with AT&T. Jim was great as well with my trade in credit. I travel the extra distance for their services.

        December 29th 2023, I placed an order for an iPhone around 2 pm, came into the store to pick it up and they told me it was not ready yet which is ok because I work a minute away and I can just come back. 3,4,5 then 6 o clock comes around and I still hear nothing back, went to go check up and theres nobody in the store when it is specifically advertised to be open until 7 pm, the lady who originally was there was just sitting in front of the store in her car on her cell phone. Watched me walk up to the door looked me in my eyes and looks back down at her phone. Closing an hour before the advertised time for a MULTI BIllION dollar corporation is one thing. The employee just sitting there watching customers come up to a prematurely closed store is ridiculous. Im half tempted to take my money back and never work with one of these stores again.
