        Not as it should be. I have verizon. Thought I would go here and activate a phone. They wanted to charge me $50. I said no. I am never charged for activation. Everything I needed they wanted to charge me for. I WRONGLY assummed it was a CERTIFIED verizon store. It is not! They sell all brands. Whatever brand you choose go to an authorized dealer. They are only there for the commission. Anything you need you must pay for. No benefits like at authorized dealer.

        My Customer Service Rep was patient, and explained all my questions in simple easy to use terms. Picked up a tablet while I was there with my new phone that is about half the size of my old one, thinner and lighter. Will I return.. YES

        So far it has been a nightmare of an experience! 2 hours to get 4 phones ported over from AT&T and 2 days after getting service I got socked with a $436 bill. I haven't even had service for a month yet?!?!? On top of that, it appears that there are all these extra charges for extra lines that we knew nothing about. Very unsatisfied with the whole experience so far!

        I'll give this place a 4 out of 5 cuz the lady I had today gave me a headache but Brett was a big help if it wasn't for him I would give this place a 2 star for lack of knowledge.
