I just did a upgrade there and i had a guy named Jacoby and he really helped me out with what phone i wanted and he told me the deals so I ended up walking out with a ipad. Very good employee service!

This situation is in reference to an awesome and knowledgeable sales representative at Sprint located at Colonial Park Mall, Harrisburg, PA named Yoseph Wilkerson. I was looking to change my cellphone carrier from AT&T and had two choices in mind: Boost Mobile or Metro PCS. I was comparing prices as to how much I would have to pay to have the service switched on three phones. The young lady at the Boost Mobile location on Walnut Street told me she did not have the sim cards on hand for my phones and instructed me to go to a Sprint store to purchase them for $10 a piece and then come back. Well that was a wrong move on her part. Mr. Wilkerson offered me a deal I could NOT pass up. I came in there with two Iphone 6s Plus' and a Samsung S7, (older phones but I was willing to keep them just to switch services). Instead of paying between $160 to $180 just to switch, (this included the monthly fee for service, three sim cards and activation fees plus taxes), Mr. Wilkerson offered me TWO brand new Iphone 11's and a Samsung Galaxy Note 10, cases and screen protectors w/warranty, option to purchase phones or upgrade after 18 months all for under $70.00. VERY professional, VERY knowledgeable, even had a customer come in with a dissatisfied demeanor and Mr. Wilkerson treated him and his wife respectable and difused his dissatisfaction with answers and results while multi-tasking with me as well. He is a great asset to sprint indeed! I will be doing business for a while, especially since I have been with AT&T for more than 6 to 7 years! I am one pleased customer!
