Boost Mobile

Horrible! After receiving several calls from this store regarding a new and free phone, I came in to retrieve it and walked out spending $70. Initially, I thought it included my new plan & the fee to set up the phone. But upon reviewing the receipt, I paid for accessories I didn't ask for and wasn't asked about... i.e. glass cover, a phone case, etc. I feel hustled; don't be naïve like me--always ask what you're being charged for before you pay. My guess is... this is a way to make free phones worth their time. I will never "give you another chance in the future" and hopes when others read this...they won't either! goons!

While parking my car I see a young man exit the store, light a cigarette and start talking on his phone. As I entered the store I did not think that guy was an employee since he never acknowledged me entering. I went in but no one was in there. Waited a minute..thinking if that guy WAS an employee he'd put out his cigarette and come in to see what I was there for. He didn't. So as I left, I pushed the one door but it didn't open. As I pushed the other side and exited that guy said " everyone has a problem with the door" but NEVER bothered to inquire why I was there. I got in my car. Watched as he finished his cigarette and sure enough he went into the Boost store. Guess his cigarette was more important than a potential NEW customer! Bye Boost you aren't worth my $$
